Rotate (↑), move (← ↓ →) or drop (Spacebar) the falling pieces to fill/remove layers to avoid grid-lock; or P(ause), U(npause), Q(uit)/Esc(ape), or Enter for a new game. This simple classic game helps to (re)develop hand-eye co-ordination and reflexes (like most video games), right-brain (like jigsaw puzzles), and left-brain (strategy; or ask me for a stand-alone version to edit). From Tetris 2012 by Dionysis Zindros <dionyziz@gmail.com> (9 files + folders, 44kB); revised 2018 by Anthony Roe, adding scoring, high score, centered rotation, auto-resize, (un)pause and speedup, in one HTML5/CSS3/JS file (4kB uncompressed), +2 optional 1kB mp3 sound files. Speed varies with 1/(600-score); send me a screen shot if you get over 480, where speed increases to 5x; 500 may be impossible, but I once managed 483.

Other minimalist classics requested and coming: 2048, Threes, Asteroids, Ms Pacman, Space Invaders, Tanks, etc, and rules pages for traditional games (bowls, Mahjong, 500, etc).
